Enquiry forms
Submitting a form saves your name, email, optional phone, suburb, service request, property description, preferred date and message to the agency’s protected workspace. The owner uses that information to review and respond to your request. A submission is not a confirmed booking.
Package enquiries and campaign labels
The business-package form saves your supplied name, contact information, location, experience and message for owner review. If the link you used contains campaign labels, those labels are stored with the submitted enquiry so the owner can assess the source. This application does not set advertising cookies or load a third-party advertising pixel.
Questions to the assistant
When the AI connection is enabled, questions you choose to submit are sent to OpenAI to generate an answer using the business’s approved information. The form asks for consent first. Do not put personal or sensitive details in chat. This application does not save chat transcripts. If AI is not connected, the assistant uses approved FAQ rules and labels that mode.
Infrastructure and access
The website runs through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Enquiries are stored server-side and can be viewed by the configured agency owner. This website does not sell enquiry data, include advertising trackers or request payment details. The platform and AI provider have their own processing practices.
Review, correction and removal
Use the privacy contact shown by the cleaning business on its enquiry page, or contact the agency through the website form. Identify the enquiry using its reference and the email you used. The owner can export records and remove them from the workspace. The operating procedure calls for a review every month and removal of closed enquiries after 90 days unless a documented business requirement applies.
Fictional demonstration
Willow Home Cleaning is fictional. Use invented details in the demonstration. Its enquiries are flagged as demo records and no real cleaning company responds to them.
